Abortion

Life & Family Pregnancy Center is your first stop for providing support to individuals facing abortion decisions in South Texas. If you’re facing tough choices, our center offers compassionate counseling, information, and referrals to reliable providers for pre-abortion ultrasound services to determine the viability of your pregnancy. We’re here to empower you with the knowledge and options you need.
Medical Abortion
Medication abortion, also called the abortion pill, can be taken up to 70 days (10 weeks pregnant).
Surgical Abortion
Surgical abortion is a procedure that involves removing the contents of the uterus and is typically performed beyond 10 weeks of pregnancy.
If you’re considering taking abortion pills, at-home methods, or getting an in-clinic abortion, we provide information on what to do before an abortion in Texas. Because abortion is restricted in our state, we recommend you KNOW BEFORE YOU GO. All our services are free and confidential.
